A native of Canada, Brad Richards was originally drafted to the NHL by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 3rd round of the 1998 entry draft. He has appeared in 587 NHL games during his career, notching 158 goals and adding 342 assists along with 134 penalty minutes. The 28 year old center has played 15 games with the Phoenix Coyotes this season, totalling 5+8=13 with 2 PIM.
