A native of Canada, Shane Doan was originally drafted to the NHL by the Phoenix Coyotes in the 1st round of the 1995 entry draft. He has appeared in 805 NHL games during his career, notching 209 goals and adding 291 assists along with 855 penalty minutes. The 32 year old right wing has played 75 games with the Phoenix Coyotes this season, totalling 37+46=83 with 144 PIM.
