Patrik Elias reaches a milestone !

) scored the 600th point of his career in tonight's game against the Vancouver Canucks on a feed by David Clarkson. I hope this will get me in Don Cherry's good books, he commented during a post game radio interview.
A native of Czech, Patrik Elias was originally drafted to the NHL by the New Jersey Devils in the 2nd round of the 1994 entry draft. He has appeared in 689 NHL games during his career, notching 264 goals and adding 336 assists along with 363 penalty minutes. The 33 year old left wing has played 11 games with the New Jersey Devils this season, totalling 5+4=9 with 8 PIM.
